 Jill Steinberg is an Accredited Staging Professional® and a founding member the New York chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. She received her staging credentials in June 2004, at an intense hands-on training in the techniques and methods of home staging.
Jill graduated from Cornell University, where her major was Design & Environmental Analysis. Prior to founding Showcase Your Space®, Jill spent 14 years working in print advertising sales. While working for the prestigious journal Science, Jill was the Advertising Sales Manager for a territory with annual gross revenues averaging $5 million, and she grew her existing accounts by an average of 10% each year for 4 straight years.
Whether she is staging houses or managing large corporate accounts, Jill knows that the details of each client's needs are critical. In each case, great first impressions are required to attract a buyer who may pay attention for only minutes or less. Whatever product is being sold, Jill is expert at wrapping and packaging that merchandise so that it is properly presented to the marketplace. Jill is an active member of the Chatsworth Avenue School PTA. She lives in Westchester with her family.

 Deborah Schondorf Novick is an Accredited Staging Professional® and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
Prior to founding Showcase Your Space®, Deborah worked for 17 years on Wall Street. During the years she managed the investment banking department at Southeast Research Securities and EarlyBird Capital, she expanded the staff from 2 to 10 professionals, and completed 48 public offerings and 27 private placements for 45 small and mid-sized companies. During the years she managed Dalewood Associates, LP, a private investment partnership, the fund’s capital quadrupled, and investors realized a return of 227%. In her last position before founding Showcase Your Space®, Deborah ran a socially responsible venture fund on behalf of CDVCA, the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance, a professional/trade association of community development investment organizations. Deborah is a graduate of Cornell University.
Having devoted most of her career to returns on investment, Deborah feels entirely comfortable turning her attention to homeowner’s most important investment. "It draws on all the things I've done before," says Deborah. "Preparing a house for sale isn’t that different from preparing a company to sell its vision to the investment marketplace. Either way, you are leading a buyer to see the strong points and direct their attention away from the weaker points. In both sales efforts, the buyer has to make an emotional connection to the property, and the seller has to detach himself from the property."
